This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed Strata Manager who has had a few years experience in Strata Management and is looking for their next challenge with one of Canada’s leading, well- established Property Management companies!

Our client are a family run company based out of Vancouver who have many offices across Canada. They are one of Canada’s largest privately owned Strata, Residential and Commercial property management companies and they are constantly expanding their portfolio. The company are continually pursuing new business opportunities and never stop learning and growing. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a Strata Manager position that will report directly to one of the company Directors who are based in Vancouver. You will be working alongside 3 other Property Managers and 2 Property Manager Assistants that will assist you with your portfolio. The company will offer constant support and guidance so you can focus on being the most effective Strata Manager that you can be.
ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be managing a portfolio of around 8 buildings totaling approximately 700 – 900 units. Your main job duties will include:
- Providing property management services to company clients
- Ensuring that all activity is conducted within the appropriate provincial legislation pertaining to the business of third-party property management.
- Support and maintain all company policies and procedures regarding property operations.
- Maintain a current, in depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.
- Demonstrate strong, fiscally responsible financial management skills in order to meet client expectations.
- Forecasting budgets.
- Attending AGM and Council meetings.
- Create site staff teams with a view to maximum property performance.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years experience as a Strata Manager
- Have a full Strata license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with Yardi is an asset
COMPENSATION
- $65,000 – $75,000 per annum
- 3 weeks vacation
