Our growing client is looking for a Human Resource Manager to help implement full HR processes to help with their 3x growth.

Company: This company is based in Winsor Ontario and boasts an amazing mission to help create new solutions for the eco consious agricultural industry.

They currently have 40 employees and looking to grow this to 80 in the next 2-3 years.

The role : Reporting directly to the Owner/CEO, this would be an autonomous role to help push this company forward through the creation and implemtation of HR processes.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications / Skills: Hiring Human resources management Benefits administration Performance management Communication processes Compensation and wage structure Supporting diversity Classifying employees Employment law Laws against sexual harassment Organization Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required 5 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles 3 years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations 3 years of experience in a supervisory role PHR/SPHR certification preferred
